While we do have a shopping cart we appreciate getting something engraved can be very personal. Do not be surprised if we telephone or e-mail you to get some additional information about the presentation so we can better gauge the nature of the inscription.
The ordering process:
- select the item(s) you require
- fill in your inscription details
- include any logos or crests
- complete payment process
- we then send you a proof of the artwork
- you confirm / amend artwork as appropriate
- we engrave your order and send it out via Courier or Royal Mail
Subject to stock availability and quantity we will try and have your order engraved within a few days of the artwork being confirmed.
Obviously if there is greater urgency please make us aware early in the proceedings and we shall help as best we can.
We are proud of our products and take great care in ensuring all items are securely packed. However, should any goods be received damaged please contact us and we will replace them immediately subject to stock availability.
We cannot be held responsible for typographic mistakes once the artwork has been proofed and agreed.
